- Customers can book a court via our mobile app, website or on site.

- Upon arrival, the person who booked the court must check in at the reception desk and receive a ball which he must return after he finishes.

- Loosing the ball or damaging it in any way will lead to charging the customer 200QAR.

- Cancellation of booking should be prior 24 hours of the booking time. 

- If the customer wishes to cancel his booking prior 24 hours. The full amount will be credited to his account’s wallet to be used at any other time.

- If the cancellation happened within 24 hours of the booking time, the customer will be charged the full court fee. 

- Cancellation over the phone must be during our working hours in order to ensure that the cancellation have been made.
